I'd now like to hand you over to Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman. Good morning to you, sir. Good morning. Welcome to the Franchise Brands presentation. We have a fair bit to go through today, I'd like to start by introducing the team. As has been said, Steven Hemsley, executive chairman. My background goes back sort of thirty odd years in in in franchising to Domino's Pizza where I was CFO, CEO, chairman, and then on executive chairman. But I retired from that a number of years ago now to work exclusively on franchise brands, which I founded with my partner, Nigel Ray. I'd like to introduce Chris Stuckey, who's CEO of Pertech, which is a business we acquired in April last year. And also Beth Pierce, finance director of our water and waste division. Let's just start by giving you an overview of franchise brands, who we are, the sort of size we are, the focus of the business, and how we grow it. FRANCHISE BRANDS is a multi brand franchisor based on b to b van based service with a presence in 10 countries in The UK, North America, and Europe. Pertech, MetroRob, MetroPlum provide essential services to b to b customers on a mostly reactive basis. We have some plan...
