I'd now like to hand you over to Ian Pearson, Non Executive Chairman. Good afternoon, sir. Good afternoon, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'd like to welcome you to the annual general meeting of Ecotec PLC. I'm a non executive director of the company, and I'll be your chair for this meeting. It's now just after 2PM, and I declare the meeting open. Now I'd like to introduce the board. To my right, there is David Palumbo, the chief executive officer. And to my immediate right, Jeffrey Vander Linden, who is the chief operating officer. And to my left, there's Nauman Baba, who's our chief financial officer. Two of the directors, Joel Rallmann, our CTO, and my fellow nonexecutive director, Thomas Quigley, have been able to attend the meeting in person today and have sent their apologies. Ladies and gentlemen, I'd now like to start the formal proceedings of this AGM. We will, as in previous years, go through these, close the meeting, and then proceed to a company presentation and a question and answer session.
