I'd now like to hand you over to Ian Pearson, Non Executive Chairman. Good afternoon. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'd like to welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of EcoTech PLC. As has been mentioned, I'm the Non Executive Chairman, and I will be your Chair for this meeting. It's now just after 02:00, and I declare the meeting open. And as we have a quorum, I I would like to move straight away and introduce you to the board. We have, from my left, Nauman Babar, who's the CFO of Ecadet. Immediately next to me, David Palumbo, the CEO. And to my right, Jeffrey van der Linden, who's our chief operating officer. We also have on the call Joel Elliman, CTO. I'm delighted to welcome who's at one of our plants in Italy. And we also, I believe, have Tom Quigley joining us remotely as well, who's one of our nonexecutive directors. As with previous years, we're going to go through the formal business first, then we'll close the official meeting. And I'll then ask David Palumbo to say a few words about the future prospects for the business and to answer any questions from the meeting and from those that have been submitted remotely as well.
