Mr. Carlesso has over 25 years of international business experience in the financing, development, and stewardship of companies in the mining, technology and special situations sectors, with a particular focus on mining in Latin America for the past 18 years. Mr. Carlesso was Vice President of Corporate Development for Desert Sun Mining, which was acquired for $750 million by Yamana Gold in 2006, in addition to co-founder and Executive Chairman of Explorator Resources which acquired in 2011 by Pucobre, a publicly listed Chilean mining company. Mr. Carlesso is a graduate of Western University with a B.A. in Economics.

Speaker 1: As you know, most of, you know, I believe Speaker 1: we have been drilling, we have been Speaker 1: receiving results. We're to be clear, we're very encouraged by what we've been seeing to date and Speaker 1: we wanted to ensure that Speaker 1: everyone understood the significance of what we've Speaker 1: been intercepting Speaker 1: and Speaker 1: provide some context so that the results are clearly understood for Speaker 1: what they are. Speaker 1: Just to recap, Speaker 1: we believe at Aboriki that we have Speaker 1: something very similar to what we call Beritica-style mineralization. Speaker 1: What is that? Speaker 1: It is the combination of extremely high-grade gold Speaker 1: with wider zones of lower-grade mineralization. Speaker 1: And we're certainly seeing both of those things in our drilling to date. Speaker 1: Each of these holes has very specific targets that we're aiming for Speaker 1: and we're hitting the targets that we're aiming for, that's a positive. Speaker 1: We are finding Speaker 1: the combination of both these things. We've hit extremely high grades up to 71 grams per ton and we have hit wider zones of lower grade. So Speaker 1: we're seeing both these or all the elements Speaker 1: in this Speaker 1: environment, in various environments. All these holes have slightly different objectives that we're testing in this early stage Speaker 1: of drilling Speaker 1: and Speaker 1: we are Speaker 1: feeling good about Speaker 1: what we're seeing.
