I'm going to start the presentation, and then I'll hand over to Hayden for the second part, and then we will answer as many questions as we can. So I'd just like to start with this first slide really just well, it's a reminder of the the highlights of what is a truly exceptional project. It is without doubt the standout, project in the potash development space, and I you know, the company's been saying that for some time. I completely, you know, support that view, and and that's based on my experience, both of running a potash mine, one of the most difficult potash mines, previously when I was at the Cleveland potash working for ICL, and then also my experience of developing a project, taking it from a vision through to to a construction, and, you know, all of my experience aligns to this this project being truly outstanding.
