Delighted to present ELECO's interim results, which is a record growth in terms of interim results and demonstrates positive momentum, in the group strategy. I'm also joined by our CFO, Neil Pritchard, who, many of you would have met in previous meetings. Some of you may be new to ELECO, so I would like to take a few moments to introduce the group and also, be a reminder for those who do know the story. ELECO aims to be a trusted technology partner in the built environment. We address mission critical areas of the building life cycle from early planning, and that relates to, project planning and time and task planning, and estimating through to project delivery, maintenance, and operations.
