Pleasure to have you all join us. And I'll also, introduce our chief financial officer, Neil Pritchard, who's joining me. Good afternoon, everyone. Just as a reminder, for those that may be new to the story, ELCO is a leading developer of innovative award winning solutions for the built environment that's covering the early stages of building and construction through to operations, maintenance, and management. We have 314 employees across our core markets, which are listed on the left there, primarily UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, USA, and Australia. And we've got market leading positions within those markets for, our core solutions, but a huge opportunity to expand as well. So we will talk you through that as well. We've been going through a SaaS transition, so transition from selling perpetual license software to subscription based recurring revenue software and solutions. So 77% of our total revenue is now recurring revenues with a minor part 3% still on a perpet...
