And I'd now like to hand over to Neil Johnson, CEO. Good afternoon. Well, thank you very much, Mark, and thank you all, existing shareholders and future shareholders to do this presentation. I'm going to skip over the disclaimer slide and just a brief overview of the company. We won't belabor this part, but it does warrant just an overview for everyone about DUKE royalty. We are an alternative finance company. We provide a minimally dilutive capital that are investing by way of of a of a participating long term loan, which we'll get into. And we're looking for private companies that are that are owner managed to to a degree and also have existing strong cash flows that are looking for capital. And, the two most important things that we provide those those investee companies or those owners is that, we don't have a dilution, and we we eliminate the refinancing risk. And that keeps them in control of their future and they are they are the ones that do not want to sell their company. And so that's what we're looking for. We're not doing private sorry, public companies....
