And thank you everyone for attending this this podcast or webinar, I guess, for the interim results for DUKE Royalty. I'm Neil Johnson, the chief executive officer joined by Hugo Evans, the the financial director. So Oh, no. No problem. We have we let's let's get started, and thanks thanks again. So I will start with just an overview of what we do and what DUKE Royalties does in a nutshell. We provide hybrid capital to private companies. These are usually owner operated. They have long standing profitable businesses. And and and what and what corporate royalties are. We'll get into corporate royalties in a second, but it really a hybrid between private credit, like debt, and private equity. And we'll show you what that means for investors.
