Jim Mintern here, CEO of CRH, and you're all very welcome to our Q1 2026 results presentation and conference call. Joining me on the call is Nancy Beezy, our CFO, Randy Lake, our COO, and Tom Holmes, our Head of Investor Relations. Before we get started, I'll hand over to Tom for some brief opening remarks.
