Thank you very much. Good afternoon, and thanks, everyone, for joining us. I am Sam Smith, CEO of the FinCap Group. And I'm joined by Richard Snow, who's our CFO, who joined us in May 2020. So if I start off with a presentation, what we've really been trying to build at FinCap Group since our IPO in December 18 is a financial advisory business. Before that, we had just a broking business, a small mid cap equities. And very much since our IPO when we bought CAVENDISH corporate finance, we've morphed into a financial advisory business that's got more than just a broking leg.
