Please go ahead, sir. Thank you, Chloe, and good day, everyone. Welcome to BSL REIT's conference call to discuss our financial results for the first quarter ended March 31st, 2025. I'm joined on the call today by Tom Service, our Chief Financial Officer, and Susie Rosenbaum, our Chief Operating Officer. I'll begin the call with an overview of our Q1 performance and highlights.
