So I think last time we did this, I was in The Philippines, and there's always Internet connectivity issues in The Philippines. But here in The UK, we seem to be pretty good. Let's go right into it. So the first question, why is it delay after delay with the permit? It should have been sorted years ago. Thank you very much. I sense shareholder angst with that question. So look. Let me under let let's go through permitting. So permitting for exploration is very simple. Why is it very simple? Because you're not trying to take anything out the ground. There's no environmental footprint. There's no social disruption. It's pretty straightforward. When you want to get a stuff out of the ground, the permitting is extremely challenging anywhere in the world. It's a multiyear process anywhere in the world.
