Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the BLACKBIRD PLC Annual General Meeting. I would now like to hand you over to the board from BLACKBIRD PLC. Ian, good morning, sir. Good morning. And ladies and gentlemen, it's now 11AM. As quorum required by the company's articles of association is now present, I would like to welcome you to the BLACKBIRD twenty twenty six AGM. May I begin by introducing myself and the other member of the board to you? I am Ian McDonough, the executive chair, and Steven Streeter, who is r and d development director. May I also introduce our company secretary, Martin Kay, Vady Marks representing our auditors, walking to Smith and Nick Naylor, Harry Newman, David Asquith, and Amrit Nachal representing our Nomad and broker, L and B Capital. I'm also joined on stage by Vanessa Rostom, who's our fractional CMO, and by Sumit Rai, who is our chief product officer. Before proceeding with the formal part of the AGM, I should like to take the opportunity of commenting on the company's progress since we last met as announced to the market earlier this morning. The past year was significant for for both Blackbird and elevate.io. In 2025, the Blackbird division delivered a net profit of £380,000 and a positive cash flow. The platform continues to be used in some of the world's most high profile content, including the global winter games held in Italy earlier this year. Elevate.io has been enhanced dramatically over the last twelve months with the inclusion of live review and instant comments, the integration of services such as subtitles, image generation, music and video stock libraries through epidemic sounds and Pexels, the start of digital asset management functionality, and the addition of enhanced features and effects such as boundary boxing ...
