Good morning, and thank you for joining us to discuss Appellus' fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results. Before turning to our fourth quarter results, I'd like to briefly reflect on the progress APELIS made over the course of 2025. It was a year of disciplined execution and foundation building for our company. We strengthened our commercial franchises, advanced key programs across our pipeline, and continued to demonstrate the value of our differentiated C3 approach, all while maintaining a strong balance sheet and a clear focus on long-term value creation.
