I'd like to spend the next twenty minutes or so explaining why we are such a good investment for you. First, Duncan and I will introduce ourselves. My name is David Radjukovic, CEO of ACUITY RM GROUP. I've been CEO since December 2024. Prior to my experience with ACUITY, I've led an ed tech SaaS so b to b SaaS business through two highly successful private equity exits. I'm looking forward to doing the same here with ACUITY RM GROUP. I have a MBA from University of Exeter, and I've spent the last fourteen years or so building b to b SaaS companies. I've got twenty five to thirty years experience as finance director of various service business, including a previous AIM business and most recently a a large regional law firm. Great. Yeah.
