New Break Resources Ltd.

New Break Resources Ltd. ("New Break") is a proudly Canadian mineral exploration company focused on its 100% owned Moray gold project in northern Ontario, located in a well-established mining camp within proximity to existing infrastructure, 32 km northwest of the Young-Davidson gold mine, operated by Alamos Gold Inc.  From July 12 to August 14, 2025, New Break completed a six hole, 1,502 metre, maiden drilling program. On September 17, 2025, New Break announced the assay results from drilling which indicated a significant gold discovery. Drillhole NBR-25-05 returned 4.11 g/t Au over 31.3 metres and drillhole NBR-25-04 returned 3.35 g/t Au over 14.8 metres. New Break is in the process of following up on the results with further drilling.  Shareholders also remain leveraged to exploration success in Nunavut, a promising region in Canada for gold exploration and production through New Break’s 20% carried interest in the Sundog gold project, being advanced by Guardian Exploration Inc.  (“Guardian) and New Break’s ownership of 6,000,000 shares of Guardian, valued at approximately $1.2 million.  The Company is supported by a highly experienced team of mining professionals.  On September 7, 2022, the Company became listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) and trades under the symbol NBRK.
