(OTC: EARI) (“EARI” or the “Company”), a diversified lifestyle\r\n and consumer goods holding company, today announced a major strategic step\r\n forward with the launch of its Entertainment Division through a newly signed\r\n three-project production agreement.\r\n\r\nEARI has entered into a partnership with North Palm LLC, led\r\n by renowned Hollywood producer Dan Grodnik, to develop and produce an initial\r\n slate of three projects spanning film, broadcast, and live event formats.\r\n Genres currently under discussion for the Entertainement Division include\r\n horror, comedy, food programming, documentaries, holiday films and romantic\r\n comedies. Mr. Grodnick will focus primarily on Film and Broadcast. \r\n\r\nThe agreement also includes an option to expand the\r\n collaboration to an additional three to six projects based on the success of\r\n the initial slate.\r\n\r\n“This partnership marks a significant milestone in the\r\n evolution of EARI,” said the Company. “Dan Grodnik and North Palm bring\r\n world-class experience and industry relationships that will serve as the\r\n cornerstone of our Entertainment Division.”\r\n\r\nAbout Dan Grodnik\r\n\r\nDan Grodnik is a veteran producer with more than three\r\n decades of experience in the independent film and television industry. Over the\r\n course of his career, he has been instrumental in bringing more than 71 motion\r\n picture and television projects to market.\r\n\r\nSince 2014, Mr. Grodnik has financed and produced 19 feature\r\n films featuring globally recognized talent, including Robert De Niro, Keanu\r\n Reeves, Nicolas Cage, Pierce Brosnan, John Travolta, Michael Caine, Martin\r\n Lawrence, John Malkovich, Olga Kurylenko, and Hilary Swank.\r\n\r\nHe has developed hundreds of film and television scripts,\r\n structured financing for numerous productions, and led multiple entertainment\r\n companies and divisions. As Chairman and CEO of National Lampoon, he\r\n successfully restructured the company and increased its stock price from under\r\n $2 to over $6 within two years.\r\n\r\nMr. Grodnik was also nominated for a Golden Globe Award for\r\n Best Picture for Bobby, which featured an ensemble cast including\r\n Anthony Hopkins, Demi Moore, Sharon Stone, Helen Hunt, and Laurence Fishburne.\r\...
