Zonetail Inc. Announces Closing of Private Placement - Clarification (TheNewswire) TORONTO, Ontario, January 20, 2025 – TheNewswire - Zonetail Inc. (“Zonetail” or the “Company”) (TSXV: ZONE, OTC Pinks: ZTLLF), at the request of CIRO, Zonetail wishes to clarify that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (see press release dated November 6, 2024). The Company closed a total of $46,000.00, through the issuance of 2,300,000 common shares at $0.02 per share. The Company will not be proceeding with the balance of the private placement at this time. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. No insiders participated and no any finders fees were paid as a result of the Closing. All of the securities issuable in connection with the Offering will be subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day after the date of issuance of the securities.
