The Right issue Committee of the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on today 10.02.2025 has considered and approved the Draft Letter of offer for raising of fund through issuance and allotment of fully paid up equity share of Rs 10/- each to the eligible equity shareholder of the Company on Right Basis.
