Board Meeting ResolutionsAt the Board Meeting of Zichis Agro-Allied Industries PLC held virtually on the 19th February, 2026, the following resolutions were proposed and duly passed:
Declaration of final dividend of 20 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to applicable withholding tax, payable to shareholders whose name appear in the Register Of Members as at the close of business on 16th of March 2026; and
Declaration of bonus issue in the ratio of One (1) new ordinary share for everyone (1) existing ordinary share held, to shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as at close of business on 16th March, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting .
