Zeus Resources Ltd (ASX: ZEU, 'Zeus', the 'Company') advises that it has entered into a back-office support services agreement. Support Services Agreement Zeus has been working through a range of administrative updates and changes since the appointment of the new directors1 following the shareholder meeting on 6 June 20242 . These initiatives have been implemented to streamline operations, streamline management and in some cases to reduce costs. The Company advises it has executed a Back-Office Support Services Agreement with the following terms: Bookkeeping and back-office administration and support services Monthly basis Base fee of $500 per month with other services engaged on an hourly rate fee on a competitive market basis 7-day termination notice In accordance with LR 3.16.4, the Company also notes that the Back-Office Support Services Agreement is between ART Outsource Services Sdn Bhd ('ART') and the Company. Mr Alvin Tan is a Non-executive Director of ART and whilst he is not a shareholder, he is entitled to be considered as a beneficiary of any contracts between the Company and ART.
