Subject: Appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Acting as the persons authorised to represent Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. (the "Company") we hereby inform that on November 3, 2020 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution no. 64/820/2020 on appointing from among its members Mr. Adam Lewandowski as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The Company provided the CV and declaration of Mr. Adam Lewandowski in Current Report no. 25/2020 on October 2020, 23.
Legal basis: Article 56 item 1 section 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of July 29, 2005;
- 5 section 5 and §10 of the Ordinance by the Minister of Finance on current and interim information communicated by issuers of securities and on the conditions for regarding as equivalent the information required by the provisions of law in force in a non-Member State of March 29, 2018.
