Kuwait City – Boursa Kuwait announced the listing of Trolley General Trading Company (“TROLLEY”) on the “Premier” Market, with trading in the company’s shares commencing today, Wednesday, 25 March 2026. In line with the company’s activities and the exchange’s classification criteria, Trolley has been listed under the Consumer Discretionary sector. Following this listing, the total number of listed companies on the exchange has reached 141, including 40 companies on the “Premier” Market.Trolley offered 35% of its issued share capital through a private secondary offering, aimed at diversifying its shareholder base, strengthening corporate governance practices and expanding its investor base. The offering, which was conducted from 15 to 19 February, was met with overwhelming demand from local and international institutional investors, with subscription coverage surpassing 15 times of the initially offered shares, at a total demand of KD 777 million.
