NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING
This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited ("the Company") will be held on February 28, 2026, at 01:30 pm at the registered office of the Company located at 131-A, Street- P, Upper Mall Lahore, to consider and approve the Audited Half year Accounts of the Company for the Period Ended December 31, 2025, for declaration of any entitlement.
The Company has declared the "CLOSED PERIOD" from 21/02/2026 to 28/02/2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited ("PSX"). Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
