Notice Concerning Changes in Executive Structure and Changes and Appointment of Vice President & Executive Officers

Yokogawa Electric Corporation (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors resolved to change its Executive Structure and changes and appointment Vice President & Executive Officers effective April 1, 2026, as detailed below.

The Company transitioned to a company with Nomination Committee, etc. on June 18, 2024. Promote the delegation of authority from the President & CEO, Representative Executive Officer to our Vice President & Executive Officers, to further accelerate decision-making, improve management agility, clarify responsibilities, and strengthen corporate governance, The Company have appointed Vice President & Executive Officers who will oversee multiple businesses and functions, as well as Corporate Officers in charge of individual departments.

The Nomination Committee meeting to be held at a later date will decide on candidates for directors to be proposed to the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 23, 2026. The Company will announce as soon as the details are decided.
