This is to inform you that with reference to the circular issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and the terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitorand report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after theannouncement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
