Yash Innoventures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/06/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve acceptance of unsecured loan(s) from Mr. Gnanesh Rajendrabhai Bhagat, Managing Director of the Company, aggregating up to Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crore Only), carrying interest at the rate of 8% per annum, on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board, including repayment thereof in instalments.
