EXPLANATION
REASONS OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS
The decrease in net profit is attributable to lower production and sales volume resulted from turnaround activities during 2nd Q of 2015 as announced in Tadawul on 31st May 2015 and due to lower average sales prices for all of the products despite the decrease in price of some feedstock materials.
Reclassifications in annual financial results
Certain amounts have been reclassified to conform to the presentation of current period.
