Yakult Honsha: Europe B.V. Establishes Austria Branch and Will Absorb Oesterreich GmbH through Merger

(hereinafter referred to as "Yakult Austria"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Yakult Europe on October 1, 2025.

structure in the Austrian market through the utilization of management resources within the Yakult Europe Group.
