The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all the Directors, KMPs, Promoters, Designated Persons/Employees and their immediate relatives as per SEBI (PIT) Regulations from 1st October, 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting.
