XP Power announces that it has been notified that on 2 October 2026, Matt Webb,
Chief Financial Officer and PDMR of the Company, sold 16,312 ordinary shares of
1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On the same day his spouse and PCA,
Louise Webb, purchased 16,312 Ordinary Shares. Following these transactions,
there has been no change in the combined total beneficial ownership of Mr Webb
and his PCA in the Company's Ordinary Shares.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, gives further details.
