The 27th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of Xi'an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved, among others, the "Proposal on the Plan of Share Issuance for Asset Acquisition and Related Party Transaction and Its Summary", and other proposals related to the Transaction. In accordance with relevant regulations, and upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Company's shares will resume trading from the market opening on July 13, 2026.
