WPP Board Committee membership changes

WPP today announces the following changes to its Board Committee membership, effective immediately.

· Dr. Ya-Qin Zhang will join the Sustainability Committee.

· Angela Ahrendts will join the Nomination and Governance Committee. This appointment is in addition to her membership of the Sustainability Committee.

This announcement is being made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
