It is complete! WOWI Inc. closes the agreement with RMHB to provide a state of the art Clone and genetics lab to WOWI's Red Creek Springs facility. The building, a prebuilt industrial level steele building, arrived at the WORLD OF WEED licensed facility and is ready to be utilized for the upcoming Colorado outdoor season launching the WORLD OF WEED genetics brand. " We have been successfully providing premiere genetics under the WOWI brand for 6 years in Colorado but felt this was the time to jump full force into this underserviced part of the Colorado market. We know the immense potential profit margins but also feel past the outdoor planting season that a great business opportunity remains virtually untapped. That is the opportunity to provide small growers with limited space solid and sought after genetics that are lab quality clean and with a 95% plus success rate. This will allow growers to focus on pushing the flower and vegetative growthg cycles and allow for all their space available to be revenue producing." Says; Anthony C. Russo CEO, WOWI Inc.. WOWI executed fully the LOI sometime begining of September as the building arrived at Red Creek Springs and is currently in Licensing and Zoning for a modification of premise to begin the new venture and using the new structure.
WOWI also has planned a second building to utilize as a full extraction facility and product (MIPS) kitchen for end use branded WORLD OF WEED products to include but not be limited to: wax, shatter, butter, oils, vape carts, vape refills, gummies and other edibles. Look for the clone lab to become operational around December 2021.
We Look for the extraction lab to arive at the Red Creek Springs facility sometime in April 2022 and become operational and closed somewhere around June or July 2022.
WOWI Inc. looks to foster and add revenue each month through the end of 2021. We hope these new acquisitions and business segments will not only add revenue but diversify various revenues for WOWI Inc., it's operators and its various investors.
