ANNOUNCEMENT • CYPRUS TRADING CORPORATION PLC • ERMES DEPARTMENT STORES PLC • WOOLWORTH (CYPRUS) PROPERTIES PLC Public companies Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc and Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc announce that the date of publication of the audited accounts for the year ended 31st of December 2020, which was scheduled to take place by the end of March 2022, and the subsequent publication of the half-yearly financial reports for the period ended 30.06.2021, it ispostponed because certain important and complex accounting calculations required to provide an accurate and fair view of the financial statements of the Companies, have not been completed yet. To this end, the Boards of Directors and the Management of the Companies continue to cooperate closely with their external auditors for the earliest conclusion of the outstanding issues. Consequently, the Companies expect the completion and announcement of the audited accounts within May 2022.
