On October 24, 2018, Amarantus Biocience Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK: AMBS, AMBS, or the Company) withdrew a binding offer for a joint venture (the JV) between MER Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. (NASDAQ:MTSL, MTSL) that was initially proposed by the Company on October 18, 2018. The Company will continue to pursue strategic opportunities for its subsidiaries.
