Notification for a capital increase with rights

Company: Wiser Technology AD (WISR) According to a Board of Directors' decision to increase the capital of Wiser Technology AD, adopted on 04 August 2025, and a subsequent announcement under Art. 89r of the POSA made on 09 September 2025 via the website of the issuer (https://investor.wisertech.com/corporativni-documenti/) and the authorised investment intermediary (https://sis.bg/startira-protsedura-po-uvelichenie-na-kapitala-na-uaizar-tehnolodji-ad-chrez-publichno-predlagane/), please be informed in pursuance of Art. 112b (3) of the POSA, that: - The right to participate in the capital increase is entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register not later than five (5) business days after the date of publication of the public offering notice under Art. 89r (1) of the POSA, i.e. as of Tuesday, 16 September 2025 (Record Date). - The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange for the holder to be entitled to participate in the capital increase will be Friday, 12 September 2025 (Ex Date: 15 September 2025).
