Willis, Chief Executive Officer of WLFC, “with total AUM growth of 21% year over year, we have delivered.”Second Quarter 2026 Operating Results Lease rent revenue increased by $4.9 million, or 6.7%, to $77.1 million in the three months ended June 30, 2026 from $72.3 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025. The increase is due to an increase in the average size of the portfolio as compared to that of the prior year period. During the second quarter of 2026, the Company recognized $7.5 million of long-term maintenance revenue, compared to $0.5 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Long-term maintenance is recognized at the end of a lease period as the related maintenance reserve liability is released from the balance sheet. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the gain on sale of leased equipment was $32.0 million, reflecting the sale of 21 engines and other parts and equipment from the lease portfolio. During the three months ended June 30, 2025, the Company sold 14 engines, two airframes, and other parts and equipment for a net gain of $27.6 million. In March 2026, the Company’s investment fund partnership with Liberty Mutual Investments commenced operations, followed by the commencement of the Company’s investment fund partnership with Blackstone Credit & Insurance in April 2026. ...
