WINNIPEG, May 11 /CNW/ - Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: WEL) announces the grant of incentive stock options to Mr. Sol Prizant to purchase up to 200,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company at an exercise price of $0.30 per share, with an expiry date of May 11, 2011. The options are being issued in accordance with Mr. Prizant's engagement agreement with Wildcat Exploration Ltd. and are being issued pursuant to the Company's stock option plan which reserves for issuance shares equal in number to 10% of the Company's issued share capital at the time of the grant.
