The Wholefood Farmacy (Pink Sheets: WFMC) announced today that on Sept. 28th, 2005 the Utah Federal Court dismissed Think Again Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of Wholefood Farmacy Corp, from the pending legal action with Whole Living Inc., without prejudice. Attorneys for The Wholefood Farmacy and Think Again Inc. are currently finalizing a plan of reorganization to file later this month.
Steven L. Tilton, CEO of Wholefood Farmacy, stated that: "the company has been operating with a positive cash flow for the last nine months. Revenues were $233,926 in September, and the company has reached 16,630 distributors, adding 1,038 distributors in September 2005."
