The meeting of Board of Directors of WHA Industrial REIT Management Company Limited ("the Company"), as the REIT Manager of WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("WHAIR"), on 8 August 2022 passed a resolution as follows:
1. Approve the distribution payment at the rate of Baht 0.1556, per trust unit, from the performance from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022. The date scheduled for distribution payment is 19 September 2022
2. The date on which the name of trust unitholders to receive the distribution by closing the share register is 22 August 2022 (Book Closing).
