Mrs. Karla Wright Hayden assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary as of September 7, 2006. In this role Mrs. Wright Hayden takes over the management of the Company's accounting, treasury, information technology systems, and regulatory reporting. Most recently Mrs. Wright Hayden has held senior financial and operations management positions with Tidyman's LLC and Honeywell Electronic Materials. Mrs. Wright Hayden has over twenty years of experience and holds both a BA and MBA degree from Gonzaga University. Mrs. Wright Hayden is affiliated with the Institute of Management Accountants.
