(“West” or the “Company”) (CSE: WEST) (OTC: WESMF) (FRA: 1HL) is pleased to confirm that it has issued an aggregate of 2,000,000 West common shares to Canaccord Genuity Corp. (“Canaccord”) at a price of $0.05 per share, representing aggregate consideration of $100,000. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring August 8, 2026 in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. As previously announced by the Company (see the Company’s news release dated March 30, 2026), the shares were issued as consideration for advisory services provided by Canaccord pursuant to an advisory agreement (the “Advisory Agreement”) between the Company and Canaccord dated as of March 30, 2026, as well as for services provided by Canaccord to the Company for several months prior to execution of the Advisory Agreement.
