VANCOUVER, Feb. 23 /CNW/ - Further to the Company's News Release dated February 15, 2007, the Company confirms that two of the Company's principal shareholders, Ketcham Investments, Inc. and Tysa Investments, Inc., have advised the Company that they have completed the sale of a total of 2,000,000 Common shares of the Company. The sales were conducted through the Toronto Stock Exchange. Each of Ketcham and Tysa is owned by members of the Ketcham family.
West Fraser is an integrated forest products company that produces lumber, wood chips, LVL, MDF, plywood, pulp, linerboard, kraft paper and newsprint.
