(i) On November 19, 2024, Wellchange Holdings Company Limited (the " Company ") terminated its independent registered public accounting firm, WWC, P.C. (" WWC ") as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, effective on December 3, 2024. (ii) The report of WWC on the financial statements of the Company for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022 and the related statements of income and comprehensive income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022 did not contain an adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles. (iii) The decision to change the independent registered public accounting firm was recommended and approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company.
