About this update from Webull Corporation

Webull Brazil Expands Access to U.S. Futures and Level 3 Options The platform now offers U.S. futures to eligible clients, along with stock lending, automatic dividend reinvestment, and 24-hour trading. São Paulo, March 10, 2026 - Webull Technologies Brazil Ltd , a subsidiary of Webull Corporation (NASDAQ: BULL), is expanding access on its platform for eligible Brazilian clients to U.S.-traded derivatives, including international futures contracts and Level 3 options strategies. This initiative is part of the company's 2026 platform expansion strategy, focusing on investors with advanced risk profiles. Through the intermediation of HH Picchioni S.A. CCVM, the platform will offer international market futures starting in April. These contracts allow for hedging and directional positioning in assets such as indices, commodities, and interest rates. The company is also now offering Level 3 U.S. options, enabling experienced investors to execute more complex strategies on its platform. Webull is the first platform in Brazil to offer access to U.S. futures contracts and advanced international options strategies with local support and PIX deposits. According to Fabio Macedo , COO of Webull Brazil , this expansion occurs amid growing demand for international diversification and sophisticated financial instruments by experienced Brazilian traders. "The initiative seeks to serve investors who already trade derivatives abroad or wish to access the U.S. market. Currently, the U.S. market offers a broader range of derivatives, different maturities, and higher liquidity than the Brazilian market, which expands opportunities for active traders in Brazil," says Macedo. In addition to the new derivatives offerings, Webull now provides stock lending for U.S.-traded equities, allowing investors to earn additional income from shares held in their portfolios. The platform has also implemented automatic dividend reinvestment and expanded trading hours for selected assets through overnight trading, with 24/5 operations on U.S. exchanges. "Overnight trading allows investors to follow market movements outside regular trading hours in Brazil. An investor who trades on the Brazilian exchange during the day, for example, can trade U.S. assets at night, expanding their possibilities without interrupting local operations," says Macedo. To mark these launches in Brazil, Webull is offering zero commissions on futures and options contracts for 60 days or up to 500 contracts for each asset class, whichever comes first. The company will also provide free access to CME and OPRA market data until December 31, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. With this strategy, the company aims to strengthen its presence among active investors and broaden its global product offering in Brazil, supported by proprietary technology and international infrastructure. ### About Webull Brazil Webull Technologies Brazil Ltda. is a technology company that provides financial operational support services through the Webull Platform.
