Subject: Announcement to the Investing Public regarding the Availability of the Share on the Wealthyhood Platform

The Board of Directors of GlobalWealth Group PLC (the "Company"), aiming to ensure valid, transparent, and equal information for the investing public, and in compliance with the disclosure obligations arising from Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on Market Abuse (EU MAR) and the Rules of Operation of the Emerging Companies Market (E.C.M.) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, wishes to inform the investing public of the following:

  1. Share Availability via the Wealthyhood Platform

    The Company's share ($WEALTH or $ΓΟΥΕΛΘ / CSE: WEALTH) is now available for order execution (including limit orders) via the Wealthyhood investment platform for its registered users. It is noted that investment services within the European Union are provided by Wealthyhood Europe Investment Services S.A. (Α.Ε.Π.Ε.Υ.), which is licensed and supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. Through the network and licensed services of Wealthyhood Europe Investment Services S.A., trading capability becomes accessible to the eligible investing public in Cyprus, Greece, and other European countries where the platform operates, in accordance with applicable investor protection rules (MiFID II).

  2. Corporate Relationship & Shareholding:

    It is reminded that the Company holds a strategic shareholding in the share capital of the parent company Wealthyhood Ltd (UK).
