Waypoint Biomedical Holding Inc on the process of name change to Genesis Capital Resources Ltd.
Waypoint has notified FINRA of the approval of the board and shareholders of a name change from Waypoint Biomedical Holding Inc ( OTC Pink : WYPH ) to Genesis Capital Resources Ltd, and has requested a change of the company’s trading symbol. We expect the completion of this process during the first quarter of 2023.
