PUBLIC NOTICE

Wasl Mobility Modaraba (the Modaraba) by virtue of resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Wasl Modaraba Management Limited (the applicant modaraba company) in its meeting held on 29th September, 2025 has submitted an application seeking approval of this office to increase the authorized modaraba fund from Rs. 1,522,176,600/- divided into 152,217,660 Modaraba Certificates of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 2,000,000,000/- divided into 200,000,000/- Modaraba Certificates of Rs.10/- each.

It is, therefore, notified for information of the certificate holders of Wasl Mobility Modaraba and other stakeholders that the above referred application is under consideration. Anyone having objection to the same is requested to communicate in writing to the undersigned, within fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice.
